In most instances, yes. If you like one of our designs, but the colour doesn’t suit the occasion/outfit, please don’t hesitate to get in contact to discuss other potential colour options.

: To ensure your item stays in good condition, we recommend the following guidelines,

• Do not get your hat wet as it can lose it’s shape.

• Do not fold or crumple your hat it as this can alter the shape.

• When storing your hat, we recommend you use the box provided.

• Keep the hat out of direct sunlight to avoid fading

We offer a free sample service, so we can post the samples of materials that the hat is made from out to you for you to see before you decide to purchase. As a lot of our hats are dyed to order, there can be a slight variation in each batch, however a sample will give a great indication of the colour.

To measure your head for the hat, use a flexible tape measure. This should be measured around the circumference of your head, just above your ears and eyebrows.

The tape should sit comfortably around your head and shouldn’t be too tight or too loose. If you are in-between sizes we always recommend going for the bigger size.

Most of our fascinator/cocktail style hats are secured by an elastic and/or comb. As we aim to match the elastic to your hair colour as closely as possible, you will be asked to choose the colour of elastic upon placing your order.

We will use your head measurement to calculate the required length of the elastic for our recommended fit, however we will always leave a small excess in case you would prefer this to be looser. The excess can be cut off once you have tried your hat on and are happy with the elastic length.

To position your hat with elastic, we recommend tying your hair in a pony tail.

Place the hat in the required position with the elastic under the pony tail, around the ears. Then take your hair out and style.
