Every care is taken to ensure that the products are made to the highest standards. Due to the handmade and bespoke nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the item is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item has been sent. If this situation arises, you have 72 hours from delivery to notify Eleanor Bunney Millinery and 7 days to return the products since notifying the sender.

However, if an item is listed as ‘ready to wear’ this can be returned for a full refund within 3 days of receiving the item.

All returns must be in an unworn, unmarked, as new condition and complete with their original tags in place as received. The buyer is responsible for covering return postage cost (unless the item is faulty), however we advise you to use a signed for service as we cannot be held responsible if the returned item is lost in transit. £8 will be deducted from the refund amount in order to re stock the product and to cover the cost of the original postage to you.

We do offer a free sample service so you can check the product/s colours and texture prior to purchasing if you are unsure. We encourage customers to make use of this service if they are at all unsure. We always find this useful if you are matching your hat to a particular outfit.

As most items are handmade to order, the lead time is between 14-28 days upon placing the order to dispatch. Some ‘ready to wear’ items will be dispatched sooner than this.

If you do require your hat sooner than our specified lead times, please advise the day you would need your hat prior to placing your order and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.

Delivery on all mainland UK orders is free; all orders will be sent by a signed for service and can take up to 3 working days.

If you would prefer to use a specific courier service, this can be arranged but at an additional cost to the buyer.

If you require your item to be shipped outside of the UK, please contact us at info@eleanorbunney.co.uk so we can give you a price of postage before you purchase.

Due to the nature of international shipping, it will take longer to receive your item/s.

Please note that the price paid is for the item and postage (UK), any additional duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer to pay for.

All images on our website are property of Eleanor Bunney Millinery and cannot be used without permission. This excludes clients’ photos in our client gallery.

Products are only available to buy and not hire.

Products purchased from Eleanor Bunney Millinery cannot be hired out without our written consent.
